Nancy had the opportunity to attend the WBC in Dallas, Texas this past year. It enabled her to see and witness for herself the building and creating of everything from table top centerpieces to enormous banquet size room balloon sculptures, arches, columns, ceiling creations.  Balloon artist and their crews, came from around the world attended the Bi-Annual conference.
